What is mypracteaz best for?
Mypracteaz is a cloud based medical software; a web portal for managing OPD Consultations, small to medium sized hospitals, and managing multiple doctors & clinics, pharmacy and more, at a very competitive subscription cost: Rs 5000+GST/ yr for all inclusive modules.
Is it supposed to be the best medical software, only for Pediatricians?
Yes it is definitely the best for Pediatricians! But it is suitable for all other branches too and all types of small to medium hospitals, Mediclaim, cashless, pharmacy, multiple doctors, multiple locations, doctors fee allocation and much more. It would not be an exaggeration to say that we are the best at cost effectiveness. Individual modules suitable for Ophthalm, ENT, Dentistry etc are also included in same cost. We do not recommend our software for corporate hospitals.
Why is mypracteaz best for Pediatricians?
Doctors that have contributed to the development of this software were involved into making of IAP (Indian Academy Of Pediatrics) software. The IAP approved software is desktop based & only some features are online. With mypracteaz the Pediatricians get the complete IAP software features online; which is the need of hour. The other available cloud softwares don’t give these in-depth Pediatric features.

I am using old/other software, let me know how best to shift?
Our staff will guide you. It’s easy to shift to mypracteaz: both cost wise and work wise too. After you are convinced about joining us, and make your online payment, your account will be ready in just 15 minutes with all primary default data and your location and staff details. About your existing data with other software, please refer the next question.
How do you migrate my old data?
We will migrate your old patient demographic data. The data has to be provided properly to us in excel or other proper format. We cannot transfer your other clinical data / master data. We have a charge of Rs. 3000+GST for the above that is waived off for purchase of 3 years subscription or when coming in a group of more then 3 doctors individual subscription.
How is a mypracteaz customer support?
We have our phone call support available to you for urgent needs 24x7x365. For other non urgent issues, suggestions you can connect thru mail / WhatsApp/ our support chat / phone call.
I have multiple clinic locations, will mypracteaz suit me?
None of the available software do this well, except mypracteaz. If you are having multiple clinics & multiple doctors at your clinic and few more hospitals. mypracteaz covers these all of your assets under one business cover. It also gives you proper reports, manages fee allocation to all doctors and much more… 😊
Will your staff come to our location for support?
We are providing all the support that you need. Unfortunately it is only online. But rest assured all the training of your staff, all the help you require, will be easily provided to you.
