For Online and On-Premise Consultations
Cancellation 30 Minutes Before Appointment
• Users may cancel up to 30 minutes before the appointment time and will receive a 100% refund of the consultation fees.
• The refund is automated and will reflect in the account of the instrument used for payment by the user.
Cancellation Within 30 Minutes of Appointment
• If the user cancels the appointment within 30 minutes of the appointment time, no refund will be issued.
No-Show
• In cases where the user does not show up for the appointment without canceling beforehand, the amount will not be refunded and will be treated as under the clause of Patient-No-Show in the terms and conditions.
Practitioner Delay
• Users will not be entitled to any refunds if the practitioner is unable to meet the user at the exact time of the scheduled appointment, and the user is required to wait, irrespective of whether the user chooses to wait or not obtain medical services from the said practitioner.
For Subscriptions
• For services other than booked appointments and video consultations, such as subscriptions, refunds will not be provided once a subscription has been initiated.
• Once the subscription period begins, the fees associated with the service are considered non-refundable.
• Users are encouraged to review and assess subscription details carefully before confirming their purchase.
